POINT LOMA, SAN DIEGO The Officer’s Cottage

Originally built in 1935 by a Navy officer and his wife, this Point Loma cottage had already lived a long life by the time it came to us. Its age showed, but so did the character that made it worth saving. We renovated the home from top to bottom, keeping its warmth intact while improving the way it flows, functions and feels.
