The Fairway House

Built in 1980, this single-level home had good bones and a peaceful setting along the golf course. We provided a full renovation. Within the existing footprint, we found room for an additional powder bathroom and a butler’s pantry, making the home more functional without adding square footage. Warm materials and an easy connection to the views give the finished home a calm, comfortable character.
