DEL CERRO, SAN DIEGO

The Time Capsule

Built in 1968, this Del Cerro home had changed very little by the time it came to us. Much of the interior still reflected the 1970s, giving us a clear view of what had stood the test of time, and what was ready for a new approach. We reworked and renovated the home, opening the living spaces and giving it a warmer, more natural character while building on the good bones that had carried it for more than fifty years.
