SUNSET CLIFFS, SAN DIEGO

The Sunset Cottage

Built in 1951, this modest Sunset Cliffs cottage had known only one owner by the time it came to us. We reconfigured the floor plan and renovated the home throughout, holding onto its relaxed coastal character while giving the rooms better flow, function and purpose. The finished home feels true to where it began, but ready for the way a new family will live in it today.
